Welcome to ChefHelper!

What is ChefHelper?
We're the online business resource for personal chefs and small caterers. Our goal is to help you organize your business making it easier for you to schedule, plan and execute your cookdates.

There are four aspects to the ChefHelper Service:

Clients: Start by entering your client information into the client database. Keep track of their cookdate history, contact details, food preferences, allergies and assessment.

Recipes: Next, move onto the recipes. Populate, edit and track your recipe database by entering them in by hand, importing, or cutting and pasting them from the internet. You build your own recipe database and you can share recipes with other members. You can also see what recipes they would like to share with you!

Cookdates: Finally, use the Cookdate calendar to schedule a cookdate and organize all the details of your job. You can choose a personal chef cookdate or a catering cookdate, each with customized details. The innovative software allows you to tie recipes with clients, build menus, build assessment information, compile a catering proposal and keep track of past cookdates.

Forms: This is how we really make your work easier. In a single step, you will see and be able to print the following for each cookdate or client:
  • Shopping list (scaled for the number of portions needed)
  • Menu to leave with your client
  • Reheating instructions
  • Container labels
  • Invoice
  • An assessment form
  • A cookdate checklist - so you don't forget anything
  • A catering proposal

ChefHelper is an ONLINE database and organizational service. This allows us to provide you with a great service while keeping your costs down. Our benefits include:
