A Cookdate is the combination of a client, recipes, and scheduling.
Once you have entered your clients
and recipes, you will schedule cookdates.
Click "New" on any date (up to 6 months in the future) to schedule. Click on the name
of a client to view an existing date. You have the option of scheduling a personal chef
date or a catering date (each with customized information).
Then you are presented with a summary of the client information and the
ability to add selected recipes to the date. While adding recipes, you
can pull up the client's preferences.
ChefHelper allows you to prepare an invoice for each cookdate. We calculate
taxes and totals for you.
For each cookdate, there are a wide variety of related paper forms
that can be combined into an easy to print Adobe PDF document.
For example, you can print shopping lists, a menu for your client, labels (with
reheating instructions if you like) and invoices. We're adding more options all the time!
